Five months ago, I purchased form one of your advertised companies, Be Sure Alarms, a security system. It was installed very quickly and professionally, at an affordable price. However, a few weeks ago, the system was affected by radio interference, probably a new mobile telephone transmitter in the area and did not function properly. I called out the engineer who arrived promptly the next day. He checked that my system was not faulty, but arrived at the conclusion that another type of alarm was necessary. The whole system was replaced the following morning and the cost ?..Not a single centimo ! In England this would be exceptional, in Spain it is unheard of and that is why I have written this letter. I have no connection with this company, except as a very satisfied customer.”
